Refunds Policy

At Nolly Studio, we take pride in the quality of our work and our commitment to client satisfaction. This Refunds Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered and clarifies our approach to cancellations, subscription plans, and pay-as-you-go services.
Deposits & Project Payments

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your booking and compensate for the time and resources allocated to your project.

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced, Nolly Studio reserves the right to invoice for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Final balances are due upon delivery and are non-refundable unless the work is incomplete or has not been delivered as outlined in the agreed scope.
Subscription Services

Subscription plans are non-refundable and require a minimum 6-month commitment.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of the minimum term, you may be subject to an early termination fee equal to three (3) month’s subscription.

Missed or failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
Pay-As-You-Go Services

These services are billed with 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery.

The upfront payment is non-refundable once work has begun.

If the service is terminated by the client after commencement, the balance due will be calculated based on hours worked.
Unsatisfactory Work

We aim to ensure all clients are happy with the end result. If you’re not satisfied, we encourage open communication and offer up to 2 rounds of revisions (as outlined in our Terms & Conditions).

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of subjective preferences once work has been completed in line with the approved brief.
Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of medical emergencies, personal hardship, or other exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion. Documentation may be required.
Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at hello@nollystudio.co.uk within 7 days of the final delivery. We will review your case and respond within 5 working days.
